Steven lam

Founder and Owner of HTC, Steven is a motivated individual that will help support you with the goals you set forth in the process of growth!

Steven has a goal of becoming a person that is happy to educate, share, and connect with of others. To be able to create meaningful moments and inspire others to live a life that is true to them along with being open to numerous possibilities.

Steven is currently a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) along with being a First Responder. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). 

Steven has multiple years of experience in coaching and treating a wide variety of populations that spans from young children, adolescents, adults, varsity athletes, professional athletes, and the everyday athlete! With all the organizations that he was apart of, he has the joy of sharing his learned experiences with others.

Tim spisar

Tim is a filmmaker & photographer, and he’s the talented dude behind the camera for all the professional content for Honor The Commitment!

Tim has a goal of becoming a person that makes a difference using his camera. He strives to create meaningful films that people can relate to, and that can help people grow in one way or another.

Tim is currently operating his own business, Cinelate @cinelatehub. Where he mainly does videography work for weddings and really captures special memories to tell the story of others.

He has a strong passion of filmmaking, where he loves to use his camera to help small businesses reach their true potential by bringing their amazing product or service into the online world in a beautiful and meaningful way. He is starting to really immerse himself into short documentary films to create work that resonates with others!

kay okafor

Kay is part of the Workplace Wellness team where he strives to inspire others to live a optimal healthy lifestyle that is true to them.

Kay has a goal of becoming a person that places high emphasis on establishing and nurturing true relationships with others. He is passionate about team success and meaningful collaborations.

Kay is a seven year alumni as a professional football athlete for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and is the business personnel here at Honor The Commitment. He also currently runs an amazing non-profit charity organization to support children education in Nigeria @koback2school

He has made a transition from professional football into the sport business side of things where he intends to help others to really acknowledge the importance of their health within their everyday workplace. He wants to share all of his previous experiences as a professional athlete to the everyday athlete!

Mahyar dibaji

Mahyar is also part of the Workplace Wellness team in which he intends to create meaningful moments in the service of others.

Mahyar has a goal of becoming a person that provides a space for individuals to constantly explore and commit to their well-being. To allow others to create and achieve their goals in life.

Mahyar is currently a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) along with being a First Responder. He is also a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) under the College of Massage Therapist in Ontario (CMTO).

Mahyar has extensive experiences as a healthcare professional, where he presently works at the Canadian National Ballet School. He was also part of the Athletic Therapy team for the Hamilton Tiger Cats Football Club (CFL) for multiple seasons.

Mahyar likes to be more of the behind the scenes guy, so if you want to get to know him more, you might have to just contact us and maybe he will share more over some tea.
