It all started when there were rumours about a virus that could cause a global pandemic. A few weeks later it became a reality… I moved with my family from the greater Toronto area to the Niagara Region.

That was when I decided to turn the garage into a gym (I’ve never really had the space for it before). But this was a bit different as I decided to do the full renovation process with no previous experience.

About a month and a half with hours on hours of YouTube videos and some help from my parents, it was completed!

I am super proud of this space because there were many times I was considering just hiring a person to finish the job, BUT it was through the challenges that made me realized the beautiful process I was going through. Take pride and be grateful for what you can control!

Now, I want to help support others in their own intentions for growth and creating meaningful progress towards their best self!

The name stems from the story, where I honored the commitment of creating this space and learning through the journey, to ultimately being able to practice my passion of generating moments of growth with others.

Fast forward a few years, we are now at a new location still in Niagara, Ontario in collaboration with 99hockeyacademy! From starting as an idea, committing to the process and now into a new facility is something special and goes back to the commitment of living out my purpose in providing services to others in a meaningful way.
